Enjoy this playgroup on Thursdays in August – Splish, Splash water play with friends at the CHP Family Services Building.
CHP is a Health Center Program Grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a Deemed Public Health Service Employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). As an FQHC, and HRSA grantee Community Health Programs, Inc. is a "deemed" entity under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
