A free playgroup and parenting group for parents and children (0-5yrs). Offering enhanced post-partum, infant and pediatric care. Led by Molly Rivest, DNP, FNP and Ilana Siegal, C-IAYT

- Breastfeeding and pumping
- Family planning and spacing of pregnancy
- Post-partum depression and anxiety
- Returning to work
- Sibling relationships and toddler behaviors
- Sleep habits and potty training
- Feeding solid foods
