Restorative Yoga for Women (Mothers and Expectant!) with Marybeth
Come experience the deeply relaxing benefits of a restorative yoga practice that will help you meet the demands of motherhood and the challenges of pregnancy, labor and birth. Gentle, safe and incredibly enjoyable, this form of yoga simply requires that you show up and be guided to experience you own true natural state of being. You may bring a pillow and a blanket and wear comfortable, loose clothing. No props required. Marybeth is a family health advocate and teacher-in-training of the iRest Yoga Niddra practice as developed by Dr. Richard Miller.
