CHP Family Services Building 442 Stockbridge Rd, Great BarringtonHelp with SNAP applications will be available by appointment the 2nd Wednesday of each month 10am-3pm at the WIC office.
CHP is a Health Center Program Grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a Deemed Public Health Service Employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). As an FQHC, and HRSA grantee Community Health Programs, Inc. is a "deemed" entity under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
