Haunting in the Hills: Fountain Pond Hike on Oct. 26 for Teens, Adults. The three-quarter mile hike begins at the Community Health Programs (CHP) trailhead at 444 Stockbridge Road and ends at Fountain Pond.
CHP is a Health Center Program Grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a Deemed Public Health Service Employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). As an FQHC, and HRSA grantee Community Health Programs, Inc. is a "deemed" entity under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
