Proposal
I will create a proposal of work that will contain all requirements, timeline, costs, and expectations. If you have any questions or if any requirements are missing, please ask before agreeing to the proposal guidelines. The proposal must be agreed upon before development can begin.
Deposit
The deposit must be sent and received before development can begin.
Content
All content must be finalized before development can begin.
Requirements
Only the agreed upon requirements will be completed by me. If new requirements outside the proposal, we will need to create a new proposal with the new costs.
Design and Changes
This estimate is for one design of the site (similar to the theme that is chosen or a design created by a graphic designer). If the design is a graphic design, please have design finalized through the designer before I start development. It also includes 2 rounds of changes to the site once the site is built. You must give all changes/edits in 2 phases and they must not veer from the original theme design or graphic design or take more than 2 hours of work for each phase. Changes may include text changes and small format changes.
The site must be done in the time allotted above. If the client does not get back to me with changes and assets within the time above, I will need to charge the rest of the proposed amount at the end of that time and we can create a new proposal also under these guidelines or you can hire me at an hourly rate of $80/hr. All of this is to avoid the project from dragging on indefinitely. I work with multiple clients and need to stay on schedule.
